This aramid fiber gland packing is constructed from high-tenacity aramid fibres and impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricating oil, delivering exceptional sealing performance in harsh industrial environments.
Its interlock braiding ensures superior pressure resistance and dimensional stability, while the PTFE treatment reduces start-up friction and minimizes shaft wear. This makes it highly suitable for abrasive and corrosive applications where conventional packing fails.
For optimal performance, the shaft or sleeve hardness should be above 45 HRC. If your equipment does not meet this requirement, our team can provide alternative recommendations.
