Extrusion Gap: The extrusion gap on the non-pressure side during seal operation plays a key role in overall sealing performance. If the gap size exceeds the recommended value shown in the table below, it will be required to install a plastic retaining ring behind the seal to prevent extrusion and ensure long-term reliability in hydraulic applications.
