QZSEALS Phenolic Resin Fabric Guide Tape, also known as GST wear strip, is manufactured using high-strength woven fabric, thermosetting phenolic resin, lubrication additives, and PTFE modifiers. The material provides excellent vibration absorption, superior wear resistance, and reliable dry-running characteristics.
In hydraulic cylinders, the guide tape ensures precise guidance of pistons and piston rods while absorbing radial forces that occur during operation. It effectively prevents metal-to-metal contact between sliding components—such as the piston and cylinder tube or the rod and cylinder head—significantly extending component service life.
Note:
The load-bearing capacity of PTFE-modified phenolic material decreases as temperature increases. The maximum recommended working temperature is 200°C.
