Applications

Installation Diaphgram

The R35 radial shaft seal is axially pre-tensioned to match the housing dimension L. It is installed in an axially accessible housing using a cover plate with tightening screws. The seal is supplied with an oversized sealing height so that the required preload is achieved when the cover plate is tightened during assembly.
